Wall Street English is looking for

Personal Coach – 0 to 2 years of experience

The Coach at Wall Street English inspires students to achieve their dreams. Through being a brand ambassador, delivering excellent academic support and customer experience, the Coach keeps students highly engaged with WSE and ensures they reach their language learning goals.

The Role:

  • Teach and coach students towards reaching their educational goals
  • Motivate students throughout the course
  • Create a fun, all English learning environment
  • Delivery consistently excellent customer service
  • Manage class schedules and a variety of administrative tasks

 

Qualification:

  • Energetic, positive, friendly and professional
  • Customer focus and commercial driven mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education, languages and providing excellent customer service
  • Driven by the improvement and success of your students
  • Creativity and enthusiasm to conceptualize and deliver student activities
  • Growth-mindset oriented and committed to continual professional development
  • Good time management, organizational and planning skills
