In order to strengthen our Team, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The job requires a good level of English and French (writing and speaking).

The project we are working on is a 24/7 project, candidates must be flexible and available to adapt to turning shifts (morning-afternoon-night).

We are seeking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to learn, improve themselves and work both as a part of the team and as an individual.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
Finally, a flexible schedule is key – we have to be able to serve customers when they need us (during the day, evening, or weekends) – That’s what customer service is about!


Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Good Level of English and French (Writing and speaking)
